Associate Care Program
Legend Senior Living believes associates are our most valuable resource. Our goal is to support the individuals that contribute to the quality service we provide residents each day. During periods of our life each of us may face life altering or crisis situations. The Associate Care Program provides financial assistance to qualified associates during this time of specific need. This program is not designed to assist during regular financial constraints or poor management of resources, but to provide aid during actual crisis situations. To be eligible, an associate must be employed at least 12 months and be in good standing.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
To provide time away from work for rest, relaxation, as well as illness, holidays, personal or family needs Legend offers paid time off (PTO). Taking time off refreshes people and improves quality of life, as well as the quality of their contribution to those we serve. The program is intentionally designed so associates will be encouraged to “use it or lose it”, allowing for minimal carryover time. Associates are encouraged to keep close track of their PTO hours to avoid being unable to use all available hours at year end. Non-emergency time away from work must be properly scheduled in advance and this is not always possible at year end.
All regular full-time associates working more than 60 hours per pay period begin accruing PTO on their start date. (PTO only accrues if at least 60 hours are worked in the pay period.) Hours will be measured each pay period & the accrued PTO may be used after 90 days of employment. PTO will accrue on hours paid for PTO and holidays worked. PTO will not accrue on overtime or on-call hours.

Move-In Bonuses
Legend Senior Living understands the importance of associates’ involvement in the sales process. To recognize individuals who give exceptional residence tours, collect all pertinent information through an extensive telephone call with a potential customer, and whose efforts result in a lead becoming a resident, we offer the Move-In Bonus Plan for full and part-time non-exempt associates. $50 will be earned if a Lead Card is completed via a phone call with the potential resident resulting in a move-in. Critical information must be included: Name, address, phone number, associate’s name and date. $100 will be earned if the associate provides the initial residence tour and the resident moves in. (If two associates are involved in the sale, each would receive $50)
Any and all payments under this plan are within the sole discretion of Legend Senior Living. The Company has the right to modify or terminate this plan at any time.
