He asserted himself in a professional manner and was honest and candid. He came from a retail background, but had been thinking about making a change and had a passion for taking care of the elderly. Shortly after the job fair I offered him a Resident Assistant. Since Matt has joined The Windsor, he has completed his C.N.A. certification, and is currently enrolled in Florida State College, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services.
